*There is another "Hitotsubashi Hall" at very near place, 2-6-2 Hitotsubashi, Chiyoda-ku.
Please do not confuse the location of the Hitotsubashi Hall where our congress is held.

【Guidance for submitting your presentation data by MP4】
1．Presentation time per person in this program is 6 minutes.
2．The presentation language is "English". Please prepare the data in
English as well. Please submit MP4 data with audio in PowerPoint by April 12 (Wednesday) on

The file name should be "Presentation Number_
Presenter name".

4．Please use the standard fonts of Microsoft PowerPoint for Windows. (MS/MSP Gothic, MS/MSP Mincho, Arial, Times New Roman, Century, etc.). If you use a special font, a substitute font will be used, and the layout may collapse. If you use a special font, convert it into an image and paste it as an object.
5．On April 21 (Friday) 13:00-14:00, your MP4 will be shown at the venue in order of presentation number.
6．From April 24 (Monday) to May 31 (Wednesday), 2023, your MP4 will be shown on-demand on WEB. We will contact you by email, if the questions come from audience.
